Words cannot describe the complete and utter rebirth of this property. It had been the home of someone who had trouble discadring, well, anything. Once emptied, it was clear that no renovation whatsoever had been done in at least the past 40 years. Our client, Jackie Kai Ellis, had studied design and had her own very specific ideas. She brought her own expertise to the table, and with one of our most popular designers, the apartment eventually landed the covers of several magazines.
